💙 Your Role: Making a Difference Every Day

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at ComForCare, you'll be at the heart of delivering compassionate, personalized care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of each client’s physical, emotional, and environmental needs.

  • Developing individualized care plans based on clinical data and best practices.

  • Providing skilled interventions aimed at achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.

  • Updating care plans as conditions evolve, ensuring continued progress toward wellness goals.

  • Administering medications safely and accurately.

  • Maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation of assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes.

  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals through timely referrals and collaboration.

We’re looking for dedicated nurses who are passionate about home care and value meaningful connections. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.

  • A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • CPR certification (current).

  • Reliable transportation for client visits.

  • A commitment to confidentiality, safety, and infection control best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support clients in living their best lives.

Compensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
